We made a garnet necklace from an old ring.

古い感じのリングをネックレスにリフォームしました。

リングの横面に小さなダイアモンドがあるの分かりますか？左右2石ついてるんです。
　
これを外してネックレスのチェーンを通す箇所につけました。
　
ガーネットって上手に光を通してあげないと暗く重い印象になるんですよね。そこでネックレスを作るときに、横と裏側から光がたくさん入るような構造にしました。
　
リング画像よりも赤がくっきり見えませんか？それは光が透過している効果です。石も一番素敵に見えるようにしてあげたいですよね。

Could you find two diamonds on the side of ring?

I took them, and set on the part of the chain.

Garnet looks dark and heavy if we fill it with light. So, I made a structure with shining light from both sides and back.

You might see red color brighter than the picture of rings.That’s why that light admits in it.

It is better that precious stone looks best, right?
